Mô tả công việc
- Expertise in BL production & Customs' requirements to support team members & team manager
- E-commerce mindset.
- Well understand rules for Manifest submitted (loading/transit/discharging ends)
- Professionally handle customer’s Inquiry relating shipments & services (change of destination, cargo issues, switch Bill of lading, amendments, etc.)
- Follow up Payment/collection & cargo release (OBL/TLR/SWB released/triggered)
- Follow up with relating teams/department to clear outstanding & close long overdue cases (both payment for cargo release at OB & IB ends/Overdue cargo )
- Support team manager by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
- Service focus & quality for Customer Retention & support team manager in relating reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor Degree holder major in either Economics or Foreign Trade and other related fields.
2. Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
