Handle inbound call
Be responsible for
- Understanding POS procedure/OP process in overall
- Handling at least 80% inbound call/email
- Coordinating with team leaders to handle urgent/special customer/agent email/requests.
- Supporting processing request in monthend
- Doing daily/monthly reports
Develop and maintain effective working relationship and cooperation with coworker within department, division and supervisor, peers.
Perform other responsibility & duty that are assigned by POS Manager.

External (80%) – Agent/Customers
Internal (20%) – OPX/OPE/CEM/MIS
Education – Bachelor’s degree
Experience
- At least 1 year experience, insurance industry is priority
Certifications/licenses
- Skillfull in Microsoft Office, MS Access is preferable
- LOMA 280 – 290 certificate is advantage
Special skills
- Be good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as a cooperative team member
- Customer oriented service and thinking
- Able to work under pressure
