Mô tả công việc
- Prepares relevant documents for processing the customs clearance for Import and Export.
- Receive exhibition floor maps and show schedules from Onsite Manager/Onsite Team Leader.
- Preparing resources for move in and move out: People (workers, drivers), Tools/ special tools for exhibitions, Make and send move out schedule to Operations Team Leader.
- Handle works related to move in and move out upon request.
- Manage and evaluate forklifts, drivers and workers for each show (as per assigned).
- Receive and manage tools and equipment set.
- Handle complaints, solving problems.
- Know about the assemble/reassemble technique of the big machine (is advance)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male (25-40).
- Have a customs declaration certificate
- At least 1 years of experience of customs clearance in logistics fields
- Good knowledge in Logistics, especially Fair/Exhibition Logistics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Good at English and/or Chinese is an advantage).
- Be pleasant and truthful.
- Hard working and eager to learn.
- Physical healthy.
- Have good focus and resilience.
- Management, organization and monitoring skills.
- Able to work independently and in groups.
- Willing to work overtimes when needed.
* Work Place: District 1 & District 7
* Salary Range: Negotiate
