Supervisor, IT Security Operation

Position Objective:
- IT Security Operation (ITSO) will be responsible for monitoring the current security practice in local AIAVN on organization’s systems and network and reporting on compliance of Group’s security status to the management.
- The ITSO will report to IT Security Manager on regular basis and ensure that the designed security controls are effective in operation.

Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with MIS team (Helpdesk, Infrastructure and Application) in security incident (end-user and system) management, including detection, response and reporting.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of threat and vulnerability management, identify risk tolerances, recommend treatment plans and communicate information about residual risk.
- Daily manage outsourced vendors that provide their services in compliance with AIA security policies/processes/standards.
- Assist the disaster recovery, BCP team in the selection of recovery strategies and the development, testing and maintenance of disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure audit trails, system logs and other monitoring data sources are reviewed periodically and follow AIA security policies/processes/standards and audit requirements.
- Coordinate and perform security review procedures to verify the security of systems, networks and applications, and manage the remediation of identified risks.
- Measure and report on the technical aspects of security management.

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
- Mitigate all risks identified in Group report without delay in implementation at the top 3 countries over the Group.
- No critical security incident happened without appropriate mitigation action.

Communication Requirements:
- Internal (60%): supporting daily operation and user requests,
- Internal (20%): involve to project team for implementing project plan.
- External (20%): communicate with Vendor for maintenance the security for systems.

Position Requirements:
- Education: B.A Degree or higher in Information Technology related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Security operation role.
- Certifications/licenses
+ OSCP/SANS
+ CISSP/CEH (Preferred)
- Special skills
+ Demonstrates an ability to methodically analyze problems and identify solutions and communicate to a non-technical audience.
+ Exhibits communications skills to render concise reports, summaries and formal oral presentations.
+ Assists stake-holder with remediation tasks for identified security risks.
