Supervisor Installation Works

Time management:
¯ Ensuring compliance with project schedule (including on-time handover of project)
Cost management:
¯ Monitoring project costs
Resource management:
- Proper project preparation:
- Attending project kick-off meeting
- Checking the necessary certificates and occupational medical examinations of the installation team
- Checking NC reports from Production and creating orders
- Organising special equipment
- Requesting material (assisting in changes to the delivery schedule)
- Optimizing team deployment and coordinating with the subcontractor dispatcher when necessary
Quality management:
- Technical support
- Coordinating NC management and correcting the assignment of serialised components (SAP)
- Ensuring up-to-date work procedure instructions and assembly instructions are used
- Optimizing processes in view of organizational aspects
- Ensuring compliance with OHS, EM and QM
- Creating and sending construction site reports
- Ensuring installation documentation
- Preparing handover of the project to Service
Contract management:
¯ Checking that the project specification and subcontractor contract are in agreement
Assessing claim notifications
Checking container certificates
Assisting CM in administrative matters (without any responsibility for personnel)
Involvement in installation analyses, quality analyses and quality assurance
Monitoring of the correct handling of all operating equipment, facilities, devices and vehicles
Checking documentation for rental equipment and crane services
Involvement in special projects

¯ Degree in engineering of technical field
¯ Internal: at least 1 year of experience as SMIW with a minimum rating of 75 % or
¯ Internal: at least 3 years’ experience as a team leader in the Installation division
¯ Internal: 2 years as technical advisor for subcontractor
¯ Good command of the English language (B2 acc. to CEFR)
¯ Good knowledge of the applied software specified above
¯ EU Class B driving license
¯ Willing to travel within the region
