Supervisor Financial Planning & Analysis

The Supervisor FP&A Analyst will be a key member of FP&A team, which is responsible to partner with all types of stakeholders (both Finance and non-Finance), and look mostly after two sets of missions:

Monthly close and reporting:
• Prepare monthly management reporting, reconciles transactions and provide explanation for unusual variances.
• Support Manger in reviewing and initiating improvements to management reporting processes; increases productivity and efficiency by developing automated applications.

Financial planning and analysis:
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
• Finance Business Partner assigned to take care of many partners function, support in planning, control function budget, identify opportunities and make recommendation for improvement, and being the key point of contact for their finance related requests.
• Support the Manger in the budget preparation works. Work out the business plan and forecasts of the company.
• Lead various analysis and process improvement projects and financial ad-hoc support as needed.

• 4+ years of working experience. Big four experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Ability to work autonomously as well as to interact with co-workers (local FP&A, corporate FP&A, accounting, management, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking abilities. Advanced data analysis techniques using MS Excel.
• Able to convey complex messages in a clear and direct way. Able to design reports and present analysis in a concise manner for use by top management for decision making.
• Fluent in English.
