Mô tả công việc
• Conduct management reporting, derive insights on areas including KPIs, business drivers and operational performance from management reports and scenario analyses.
• Translate complex financial information into simple messages and identify key business insights on business analysis and operation improvement opportunities.
• Perform cost management activities including cost controls, cost analysis, cost monitoring and efficiency.
• Coordinate the annual strategic planning, KPI target setting and budget process; be in-charge budget monitoring activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Finance/ Accounting Bachelor, with at least 4-5 year experiences. CPA or ACCA is advantage.
• Ability to apply up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards to understand the impact of any standard changes and any management reporting-related implications.
• In-depth knowledge in cost management.
• Proficiency in accounting software. Experience in SAP system is advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in VBA, Access is advantage.
• Proficient command of spoken and written English.
• Careful, sensitive to figures, business senses, self-motivated and able to word under pressure.
• Skills in negotiation, problem solving, multi-tasking, people management and coaching.
