• Set policies and procedures, and develop business process manuals for Finance department.
• Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure all finance policies and procedures are consistently applied with recommendations for improvement.
• Periodically review of financial information through Balance sheet reconciliation to identify any unusual items/potential issue& contribute to the action plan & implementation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Finance/Accounting Bachelor, ACCA is advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end finance/ accounting/ internal control systems, processes and workflows in order to identify control gaps/ deficiencies.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting (Big4 background is highly preferred).
• Good knowledge in Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRS and insurance regulations.
• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end finance/ accounting/ internal control systems, processes and workflows in order to identify control gaps/ deficiencies.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting (Big4 background is highly preferred).
• Good knowledge in Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRS and insurance regulations.
