Supervisor, Entertainment and Events (AV)

 Assist in guiding Entertainment and Events (AV) team, understand performance targets and departmental goals;
 Train Entertainment and Events (AV) team to ensure they fit in well in their specific roles;
 Schedule work hours, shifts and coordinate job rotation and cross-training of Entertainment and Events (AV) team;
 Provide feedback and evaluation on Technician, Entertainment and Events (AV) performances;
 Assist in resolving emergencies, identify and resolve workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism;
 Provide technical reports and activity updates to Assistant Manager, Entertainment and Events (AV);
 Keep track on Audio and Visual inventory and order supplies;
 Troubleshoot and solve technical problems as they occur;
 Work closely with Supervisor, Entertainment and Events team in updating BGM song list and video walls;
 Provide technical support for teleconferences and meetings in Conference and Meeting rooms;
 Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct;
 Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards;
 Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards;
 Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible;
 Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications/Requirements
 Over 3-year experience with performance venue, entertainment business, theme park, theatre industry
 Ability to transport, set up and fix equipment
 Able to operate lighting and sound mixing equipment
 Knowledge of camera, sound and lighting techniques and Editing software
 Able to stand for long period of times
 Have good hearing and eyesight
 People oriented with good social skills.
 Creative and innovative.
 Excellent leadership capabilities and charisma.
 Willing to work irregular hours
 A degree/diploma preferably in one of the following subjects: Audio and Visual Technology / Lighting or video Programming / Digital Media.
 Read, write, speak and understand English, Mandarin preferred.
