• Payroll Processing: 30%
Executes the agency payroll administration, memo concerning agent’s benefit covering Agency compensation and non-compensation payment, PDD compensation to support payroll process.
• GA Payroll Processing: 10%
Executes GA compensation to support GA operation.
• Reporting: 10%
Provide monthly/quarterly agent income report to support agency administration operation.
• Guideline/manual: 10%
Review and update Agency Compensation guidance/manual to support agency on administration to in line to company guideline.
• Compensation inquiry: 40%
Work with other departments to provide service to handle agent inquiry.
