* ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains/ensure/enhance the report to support Agency monitoring sale result covering recruitment, production, productivity
• Calculate the contest (update/result/claw back) to support agency force pushing sale covering recruitment, production, productivity
• Provide statistic to management board to support strategic planning covering recruitment, production, sale activity
• Work with MIS to build/enhance system/database to support reporting and statistic process
• Support ad-hoc request
• Join project team if assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education: University
• Experience: at least 01 years working in sales support, agency administration.
• Certificates/ Licenses: Bachelor Degree
• Language skills (verbal & written): English & Vietnamese
• PC skills: Access, Excel, SQL
• Special Skills: Problem Solving; Good Communication
