Mô tả công việc
• Contribute ideas to the marketing plan including integrated communication plan and activation plan for agency and exchange channels according to the general strategic direction of the company
• Propose details for short term and medium term channel marketing plans that align with the annual or long term plan of the team and within budget approved
• Implement the marketing plans, integrated communication plans with the team to achieve the marketing KPI
• Co-ordinate with other departments to make sure marketing spendings are within budget and complied with the company rules
• Work closely with the marketing team and other teams to support all the related marketing and activation activities, execute the related activities that belong to channel marketing areas
• Liaise, communicate in all forms (verbal, writing, broadcasting …) with channels leaders, leaders and agents and stakeholders to make sure messages are well delivered and understood.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education – University degree
• Experience – At least 2 years of experience in marketing, marketing management, preferably in insurance industry
• Knowledge and experience of integrated communications and advertisement, activation, channel marketing
• Good project management skills and secretarial skills
• Good presentation, communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively
