2. What is Sunrise Group Management Trainee Program?
Sunrise Group Management Trainee Program is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of Sunrise Group leaders.

This program is taken place to create variety of learning and developing opportunities within Sunrise Group organization from all departments such as Production, PMC, Warehouse, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, etc. in all factories in Nam Dinh, Hung Yen and Bac Giang.

Successful candidates will become a member of Sunrise Training School and join training courses from Sunrise Training School then move to allocated factories with clear career path and coaching plan. All trainees will be whole-heartedly taken care and observed by department Heads and Sunrise Training School to make sure becoming next talented leader of Sunrise Group.

- Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience.
- GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent.
- Good command of English or Chinese. Can communicate in both English & Chinese is a plus
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good presentation and analytical skills
- Passion to win and grow careers in Manufacturing
- Potential leadership capacity
