Mô tả công việc
A – General
Daily support offshore in managing Subsea Production System performance (Well, Flowline, Riser,
Gathering System, and Subsea Control System). Ensure that Subsea Production System works within
predefined operating envelops and performs intended functions. Work with offshore to identify
abnormal/poor performance of any individual component/equipment within the system and provide
immediate support to trouble shoot and to fix problems.
B – Main
*Operations:
- SPA - Work instructions/procedure to define operating parameters/regime to ensure functionality of
Subsea Production System.
- SPA - Development required KPIs for day to day management of Subsea Production System
performance. Ensure the implementation, evaluation, and improvement system performance.
- Participate and Lead RCFA for subsea system when required and Provide verification for technical and
operational issues.
- SPA - Focal point of contact for vendor/OEM supports on subsea operational issues.
- SPA - Anticipate and participate in debottlenecking identification, study and implantation of Subsea Production System (if any).
- SPA - Managing system spares, consumables, and budget.
- Provide technical assurance and supports to others in marine and subsea operations area.
- Maintain and grow networks in subsea and marine operations for Rosneft Vietnam.
*Process Safety & Integrity Management
- Participate in development/review of Subsea Production System IM (PIM, WIM, SIM).
- SPA - Plan and execute planned and contingent subsea interventions and IMR, including:
Contract preparations
o Building work scope
o Provide technical tender documents and guidelines
o Tender evaluation and provide technical clarifications/queries to Contractors.
Engineering preparations:
o Single Point Accountability SPA for technical preparations
o Supervision of Contractor work and performance
o Coordination with other departments for spare and material purchasing
o Coordinate with Auditors to carry out Marine, Diving and ROV audits as per IMCA requirement.
o Planning for manpower mobilization and utilization.
Execution:
o Mobilization of vessel/diving/ROV system and manpower
o Being offshore Client Site Representative
o Supervision of Contractor works and performance
o Preparing and Planning for offshore execution
o Manage manpower movements
o Provide technical clarifications and inputs for contractor work.
Close out:
o Review close Out report provided by Contractor
o Review the anomalies found during the offshore execution and plan for future intervention and
correction action.
Post Project Evaluation
o Monitor system performance and assessment after repair or intervention
o Plan and carry out repair of the faulty parts or replenishment of the spares
o Subsea intervention tooling maintenance and repair (if required)
- SPA - Plan and execute subsea equipment annual maintenance onshore and offshore with OEM and
Contractors. Manage stock replenishment of Subsea Critical Spares.
- SPA - Technical assurance in all phases of system modification/change (Appraise, Select, Define,
Execute and Operations).
- Participate in PHA (HAZID, HAZOP, PHSSER, What-if analysis, FMEA, FTA, Check list). Lead on
assigned task relevant to Subsea Production system PHA when required.
- SPA - Ensure validation and implementation of operating envelop. Participate in development and
review of operating envelop relating to Subsea Production system.
- SPA - Ensure validation and implementation of Trip and Alarms Register for Subsea Production System.
Participate in development and reviewing Trip and Alarms Register for Subsea Control System.
- SPA - Ensure validation of Causes and Effects (C&E) for Subsea Production System for a/ protection of
the system itself (but electrical protection) b/delivery of protection function to others such as subsea
flowline, riser, wells, gathering system. Lead and Participate in reviewing C&E on Subsea Production
System if required.
- Lead and Coordinate for support across departments in reviewing and validating P&ID and vendor
drawings relevant to Subsea Production System.
- Participate in Process Plant Modification following MOC process and procedure.
*Contractor Management
- Participate in identification and selection of contractor for goods and services to support management of
operations and integrity of Subsea Production System.
- SPA - for managing TVM contracts.
- SPA - Site management of Contractor Performance (Operations & HSE).
*HSE
- HSE compliance.
- Promote and build up HSE culture.
- Comply with all company HSE requirements for the job and as a minimum with all HSE requirements
including golden safety rules
*Continuous Improvement

University graduated. BS in Marine/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering
*Work Experience:
Experience that is genuinely required to perform at the above functions at the necessary level
- At least 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry or ROV & marine operations with 3 years offshore working experience.
- Candidates with at least 5 years in the direct support functions for Subsea Operations with proven track records to work on Subsea interventions or IMR are preferable.
- Experience with marine operations including DP vessels, ROV and dividing operations is an advantage.

The Subsea Operation Engineer requires the following key skills/characteristics:
- Technical – Skillful in Oil and Gas Subsea Production System (Subsea Control Systems, Subsea Wells, Trees, gathering system, subsea pipeline, etc.).
- Technical – Skillful in Subsea Control System – Capability to lead fault finding and problem fixing and to coordinate supports from E&I Engineers and TVM contractors for Subsea Control System (Hydraulic/ E&I / Communication and Control).
- Technical – Good knowledge and skillful in implementation of the international and industrial requirements, practices, code and standards in Marine, ROV and Diving Operations.
Skillful in operations of the Subsea Intervention tooling and methods.
- Technical – Basic application in implementation of Project Management, basic implantation of QA/QC, Operating efficiency and Continuous Improvement.
- Technical – Basic application in Integrity Management Standards and its implementation especially Subsea Pipeline
Integrity Management and Subsea Integrity Management. Demonstration of capability as Skilful in HAZID, Management of Change (MoC) and Risk Assessment & Management.
- Communication: very Good both in written and oral. Good influence skill to work effectively with offshore team, across
departments, worldwide industrial experts and peers, third parties and others operators in Vietnam.

Ad-hoc requirement to work on vessel continuously or working offshore on 12-hour shift pattern.
