Mô tả công việc
• Oversees and manage overall purchasing relating to subcontractor operations in the company.
• Work in coordination with New Installation (NI), Service Department (EI), Factory & Safety department to together ensure full compliance with Schindler safety policy and subcontractor management policy
• Establish department goals in line with the company’s and Group’s goal.
• Continuously review and look for ways to improve efficiency and quality of work/process within SVN and Group relating to subcontractor.
• Benchmarking processes/procedures within the group to develop optimal purchasing strategies.
• Continuously monitor pricing and review with group to develop optimal purchasing strategies relating to subcontractor.
• Plan and distribute work accordingly to subordinates to achieve best efficiency.
• Standardise & strengthen subcontractor processes to support all departments in Schindler Vietnam (NI,EI,FAC)
• Proactive in seeking cost savings initiatives relating to subcontractor.
• Source for new & qualified sub-contractors whenever required.
• Purchase items within the known budget.
• Able to negotiate for better price package for special project requirements.
• Manage and build good rapport with strategic subcontractors
• Carry out evaluate subcontractor’s performance with Subcon-committee.
• Co-ordinate and provide necessary support for any group initiatives.
• Resolve any operational problems and implement process to avoid future recurrence.
• Define and review regulations, apply changes (if required) and ensure full compliance with the subcontractor Frame Agreement
• Carry out efficiently and properly all tasks allocated to “Purchasing Management” in the Task Allocation Subcontracting. (TASC)
• Support the Schindler Vietnam subcontractor strategies aimed to reducing subcontractor dependency in some NI/EI/FAC product line.
• Ensure tracking record of subcontractor performance’s assessment for individual project and annual basic.
• Ensure settlements to vendor/subcontractors, business partner timely and appropriately
• Validate and update savings in line with group’s policies
• Establish an effective filing system to support business analysis,internal & external auditing process.
• Other duties as per business requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
