Student Recruitment Executive/ Educational Advisor

GPA Vietnam is recruiting 04 Student Recruitment Executive for our HO and 03 Educational Advisor for our HCMC Branch.

Duties and Responsibilities (based on a 44-hour work week):

- Involve in planning & organizing Sales Marketing activities (both online & offline) to expand the market and generates new leads .
- Work closely with students and parents to give proper advise and consultation about programs (skill courses, camp, study abroad).
- Provide excellent customer service and comprehensive knowledge about programs
- Responsible for achieving sales target according to monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning and reflect on personal success/failure factors on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for evaluation of buying behaviour, classification of clients and sales performance report.
- Maintain an up-to-date overall understanding about market competition.
- Other responsibilities if required

Work hour: 9:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:30 Saturday

Work location: Hanoi: D2 Giang Vo Building, 144th Giang Vo Street, Ba Dinh District.

HCMC: Perfect Building, 150Bis, Le Thi Hong Gam, District 1st.

- High-level of communication skills, writing and speaking
- Having study abroad knowledge is a plus
- Ability to analyse, interpret or evaluate information
- Positive, open-minded and eager to learn attitude
- Ability to coop with pressure, handle multiple tasks and work in team
- Focus on detailed aspects of assignments in order to ensure overall quality of work products
with minimum supervision
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation, liaison, and cross-cultural
Communication
- Bachelor qualifications in business, marketing or hospitality management
- IELTS (General) with a score of at least 6.0 or equivalent.
