ABOUT THE JOB:
CoderSchool's primary company value is Students First. As a Student Outcomes Executive, your job is to make sure all of our students find wonderful jobs after they graduate. Our student placement rate is the most important metric for us, because this why we exist: to prepare our students for awesome, fulfilling jobs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with great tech companies to hire our graduates.
* Build, maintain, and speaks with students to help them plan their careers and what types of jobs they want.
* Review and advise on CVs, Portfolios, and Interview Skills.
* Scheduling interviews and follow up with our students after they onboard at their new jobs.
* Work with the team leader or our Academic staff to make sure that our course material is relevant to the ever-adapting industry.

- 2++ years of experience in IT recruitment is preferable.
- Strong network in the IT industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills. You'll be spending a lot of time talking with students and trying to understand them as well as directly discussing with our partners.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Able to work efficiently both individually and teamwork.
