ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM
The Teaching Centre in Vietnam has identified ambitious expansion plans for the coming years. In line with these plans, the Sales and Customer Management team will be having the critical task of delivering growth in sales volume. We may also have an expanding examinations operation facilitating the taking of UK examinations, this is in accordance to our plan to grow our IELTS and APTIS customer base. Our customers engage with us face-to-face, online, through email and via the phone, and the National Sales Manager will lead the team to ensure an efficient and effective level of service.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY
As a Student Advisor, you will need to provide customer service and learning support to Adult myClass learners during the course of their studies with the British Council and achieve lesson consumption and re-registration target. You will work as part of the Adult academic team in supporting the administration of myClass processed and systems, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of myClass strategy.

The ideal candidate should have:
- at least 2 years working experiences in customer services and have knowledge and experience of working in an educational context.
- excellent communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
It will be an advantage if you have some sales experiences.

- Payband 4/H (From VND15,360,000 per month)
