Student Account Manager/ Educational Consultant

Position Summary
GPA VIETNAM is recruiting 01 Student Account Manager and 02 Educational Consultant for Couseling Unit.
Duties and Responsibilities (based on a 44-hour work week):
The Student Account Manager’s responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
- Compose the counseling strategy for each students and oversee smoothly execution thoughout preparation and application years (1-4 years)
- Instruct the students to prepare and complete the application components as required
- Establish and maintain the trustful relationship with potential, existing and loyal clients
- Assist Management team in handling internal as well as external crisis
- Assist in innovating the counseling system and curriculum
- Provide counseling expertise in support of Marketing & Sales activities in order to achieve organizational goals

The Educational Consultant’s responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
- Research and summarize admission requirements and scholarship
- Collaborate & establish relationships with admission committee of educational institutions
- Coordinate with other counselors and academic staffs to ensure all components are completed before schools’ deadlines.
- Work closely with students and parents to give clear and concise instructions for building school and visa application components.
- Create a bonding with students in order to understand, and motivate them in achieving application goal.

Ha Noi: D2 Giang Vo Buidling, 144 Giang Vo Street, Ba Dinh District
HCMC: Perfect Building, 150Bis Le Thi Hong Gam Street, 1st District.

- Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)

- Graduates from US colleges/ candidates with experience in education or overseas studying consulting preferred. As for the Student Account Manager Position, degree from US colleges OR 2-3 years of experience in oversea education/consultation is required.
