Structure Team Leader

* Function:
- To design structures which comply with the strength, function, safety, durability and economical criteria established for a specified project.

* Duties:
- Lead a structure design team by organization, schedule and checking to coordinate with other M&E and Architect Teams for a whole project design.
- Creates schematic designs, prepares drawings and reviews plans.
- Analyse calculations and the performance of structural designs using standards and governing codes, engineering formulas and experience.
- Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into a unified design.
- Uses computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
- Review the shop drawings completed by subordinates.
- Coordination with other sections such as electrical, mechanical, architectural, etc.
- All other duties as directed by supervisor.

* Technical & General Skills :
- Proficiency at AutoCAD, Etab or Sap, Safe
- Use of engineering and drafting instruments and related equipment. Planning, mathematical and technical skills.
- Use graphic instructions, such as blueprints, schematic drawings, or other visual aids.
- Modern methods, techniques and design concepts as applied to the design and construction of public buildings.            

* Education:
- Bachelor degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering

* Experience :
• 09~10 years experience in structural engineering and 03 years experience in the same position.
• Implementing Vietnamese Building Codes, Standards and Regulations.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods and processes used in Vietnam.
** Preferred
• Experience in High-rise building design.
• Experience in developing drawings
• Experience in Building Cost Estimate

* Language:
- English (Minimum – primary level)
