Mô tả công việc
1. Structural work as followings:
- Building structure both RC & Steel structure.
- Check regulations, calculations, drawings.
- Value engineering works.
- Preparation, survey of relevant data.
- Check constructability, BOQ, construction cost.
2. Documentation including ITB, RFI, letters.
3. Managing coordination throughout the design tasks.
4. Meet milestone schedule deliverables, ect.
- Building structure both RC & Steel structure.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least, bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- General understanding of structural requirements.
- Knows how to plan and organize own work to meet deadlines
- Ability to lead and communicate with a wide range of design company and consultants
- Design/ Build experience is an asset
- Strong communication or organization skills
- Practitioner certificate in structure design
- Skill for Auto Cad, Midas, Etabs, Powerpoint, Word and Excel...
Language:
- English fluency in both oral and written
- Korean will be helpful
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
