Mô tả công việc
Joining a highly experienced professional team, your role will include:
• Lead the structural design portion of projects, make design recommendations and decisions, and oversee the completion and quality of construction drawings, specifications, reports, and another project documentation
• Establish and manage structural scope, schedule, and budget
• Plan design work and provide direction to junior engineers and designers assisting with project work
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and other disciplines.
• Design concrete, steel structures using Eurocode
• Structural modeling and analysis utilizing Autodesk Robot
• Review design drawings
• Mentor and teach other team members
• Set development plan for structural design team to optimize working process and skill improvement

We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate must satisfy the following criteria:
• Master’s degree in Engineering with focus on structural design
• 5-10 years’ experience in structural design of structures such as steel, concrete etc.
• A background from an International/European company is an advantage
• Must have experience providing direction to junior engineers and designers and collaborating with other disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience from projects using Eurocode and other international codes and standards
• Quick comprehension and good 3-dimensional and structural perception
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
• Experience with project planning will be an advantage.
Other Requirements
• Must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Adaptable to new working procedures according to our clients’ wishes
• Willing to contribute in our company for a long term
• Open-minded person with a good set of cooperative and team developing skills
• Should be confident enough to interact with senior people in the organization and put across the point of view
• Knowledge about Building information modeling (BIM) is an advantage
