Strategy Manager

• Develop and delivery growth strategy for new and existing products with according promotion support.

• Establish and develop a broad range of contacts with governments, external partners and government agencies in Vietnam to support business extension.

• Develop and deploy communication campaigns across online and offline channels with high focus on digital channels.

• Develop and manage operating budgets; oversee financial performance, investments, people and other business ventures.

• Set up new potential business partners outside of CT Group eco-system for strengthening networking power, maximizing customers benefits as well as building base for scaled-up e-commerce.

Bachelors degree required
MBA is preferred but not required
5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and/or project/ program management, with a record of successful cross-functional partnerships
Self-starter who is able to work successfully on projects with little guidance, find their own work, and constantly strives to better their work environment
Foundational understanding of marketing sub-functions (i.e. product marketing, digital marketing, etc.)
Highly organized individual with great attention to detail
Strong collaboration and project management experience
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools
Ability to present concisely and influence with evidence
