Strategy Lead

This position will be responsible for the strategic analytical functions that propel Cho Tot in the next phase of growth.
You will work with top management and other business functions to develop analytical models and reports to provide timely actionable insights that facilitate our data driven decision making.

This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Major Functions and Tasks:
• Define metrics and manage performance: Identify metrics that align with business drivers; Provide timely, accurate analysis report for top management and BoD-level commentary on business performance to support decision making. Lead our regular MBR/QBRs to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Guide business strategy and drive outcomes: Develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and analyses to drive improvement in customer acquisition and conversion. Partner with other business performance analysts to support Heads of different business units in preparation, review and presentation of business cases to support strategic plans.
• Identify step-change opportunities: Propose recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners and internal business process improvement.
• Technology influencing: Partner with technology team in the design, development and operations of our Datawarehouse and automatic reporting system that directly support CFO on key indicators driving business growth

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science or similar. MBA will give you big advantage.
• 3 years of experience in strategic planning and business analytics.
• Ability to gather and analyze huge volume of data, from which derive trends and present actionable insights.
• Ability to articulate and present your findings to the top managements.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with various data sources under tight timeline.
• Detail oriented, and highly self-motivated, positive spirit.
