Working with Prudential as Strategic Sourcing Manager means being a champion to ensure every touchpoint between the candidates and PVA provides an unparalleled positive experience for each employee and potential employee, PVA will be well-perceived by the candidates or labor market as an “employee of choice”
REQUIREMENTS:
Sourcing
- Develop the resourcing strategy aligned with the local market conditions and requirements (e.g. when to outsource versus when to DIY, where to find talent, build external networks such as schools or overseas Vietnamese association, consulting firms to partner, which channel to use etc.)
- Build robust Talent Mapping to fill in senior roles in the future as well as to support talent pipeline for succession planning strategy (only for emerging and top talent)
- Build internal candidates database mechanism in order to enrich the PVA candidate database and support internal staff’s career development culture
- Be in charge of hiring senior positions (2B level up)
- Develop and update resourcing management policies, guidelines aligned with local and PCA’s regulations (pre-employment, recruitment, vendor management, Internship, Job fairs etc)
- Work with different teams to develop various initiatives to attract candidates and increase candidate satisfaction / experience at every touchpoint with PVA.
- Vendor selection and negotiation for search partners
- For any database build, ensure we adhere to any local data privacy legal concerns.
- Build a network externally to tap into the market information as needed, for reference checks and insights on people
Governance
- Be responsible to monitor the quality and compliance of any process fallen under this scope and in charge of dealing with Compliance, Internal Audit and Regional stakeholders for relevant issues or topics.
- Be responsible for the management control of the resourcing budget, expenses and logistics. Make sure that we use budget effectively

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
- Graduate in HR or Business Administration with minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in executive search firm or MNC.
- Ability to assess people and talent
- Good communication skills (verbal, presentation, writing and listening) and well-planning
- Be independent and good of people sense, people judgement for effective hiring.
- Strong interpersonal skills – effective in developing and managing relationships
- Ability to confidently interact across all levels of the organization
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Comfortable in working in a decentralized / matrix organization
- Ability to manage key stakeholders internally
