Strategic Procurement Staff - Urgent!

1. Conduct the price survey, supplying situations and the testing progress with new supply request according to the purchasing procedures.
2. Draw up and finalize the negotiated business contracts of the suppliers;
3. Issue the Purchasing Order (PO) based on the Purchasing Requisition;
4. Monitor the performance and implementation of contracts / PO (delivery, quantity and quality);
5. Handle nonconformity's recordings to material quality or environmental violation arising from delivery upon company regulations
6. Cooperate with relevant departments to handle the unexpected cases regarding delivery schedule and quality performance accordingly;
7. Be responsible for payment upon Company regulations.

****** Requirements:
1. Bachelor's holders in Economic majors i.e. Business Administration, Economics, Management, External Economic Relations, International Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related majors;
2. A good command for both written and spoken in English;
3. Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills;
5. Working place: Bien Hoa (Having shuttle bus from HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai);
6. Contract: Seasonal contract - 11 months.
