A Strategic planner doesn’t take responsibilities only for his/her own Creative Brief but also for team members (Associate Planner) as well. As a supervisor, he/she needs to perform in senior level: advising & giving direction for Associate Planner, handling “tough” brief/category, directly consulting strategy approach for clients.

*Develop & deliver a sharp, clear & concise strategy for internal teams: 40%

- Independently handle project from A – Z and delivered quality must be sharp, concise & it reflects senior experience in logical & strategic thinking.
- Play a role as a persuader to convince & debate with internal teams in creative briefing session to deliver strategy & solve problem to make sure all teams are all the same page.
- Work with accounts to identify big picture & vision for clients which align & contribute for their business objective to get opportunities offering more services to current clients.

*Directly work & consult for clients in terms of communication strategy: 30%
- In briefing session, ability to clarify client brief by asking good & smart question to understand business objectives, client’s need, challenges & opportunities to tap in.
- In briefing session, ability to manage client’s expectation & deliverable.
- In presentation day, support team member to get approval from client for strategy & creative ideas. Need to prepare for tough questions from clients.

*Leadership & team development: 30%
- Train + guide team member to grow & nurture team culture;
- Oversee team activities, maintain overall quality control: responsible for constructing & delivering high quality, accurate & on-time performance management;
- Manage team resources & work load to work effectively to deliver multi projects at the same time.

*Job Requirements
- BA of Economic/ Marketing major;
- 2 years experience in the similar position;
- Ability to multi-tasks: working on multiple projects & change direction quickly;
- Deep understanding about communication/branding, digital & social media platforms;
- Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication;
- Ability to work under-pressure environment;
- Logical thinking & analytical thinking;
- Presentation skill
