- Analysis and Reporting:
o Be fully responsible for all of reports and analysis related to the sales performance, trade program, campaign, Brand
Ambassador Trial, Off-take and trade segmentation across channel at the territory level.
o Ensure the Marketing & Sales teams have quality data with different level of performance tracking including the
investment status and return-of-investment in time; the analysis is comprehensive with key learning and
recommendation.
o Update on how & where Field Marketing performance vs. target and investment. Identify and highlight the area to
focus of specific Field marketing territory.
- Trade program design for specific territory: Together with Field Marketing Specialist, the SIBI Specialist is joining into the discussion of any initiative trade program creating, provide the relevant historical data and insights from understanding of territory characteristics, the consumer profile and segmentation, the specific trade environment and retailer’s special needs of the responsible area.
- Compliance audit: In conjunction with Regional SIBI Manager to align on the commercial KPI that will keep monitoring the Field Force performance with clear color coding highlight of the area for improvement to ensure the key KPIs are achieved.
- Other tasks: Will be assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of experience in FMCG sales/ marketing/ market research functions
- Good analytical skill
- Good communication & presentation skill.
- Fluent in English and good at MS Office, Outlook, and SAP
