Strategic Initiatives Data Analyst

• Interpret data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Develop and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Standardize department reports
• Provide recruitment reports & data analysis
• Prepare dashboard, slides and reports for monthly meeting with Regional Head.
• Monitor MDRT performance and propose action accordingly.
• Assess, monitor and control risks of data sharing.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations initiatives to enhance process/program and project.
• Make ad-hoc report analysis per request or per project.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / TRAINING
Bachelor or Equivalent

Logical analysis skill Strong written skill in Vietnamese and English
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of closely related experience
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
Strong understanding and proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint Presentation and MS Project.
