Strategic Cost Analysis (Engineer II)

Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Provide detailed and accurate budget estimating and cost planning on product projects from the initial stages.
- Manage internal audit process to ensure cost elements and cost drivers are qualified to mantain product cost accuracy.
- Manage project costs in activities of estimating costs, developing project budget and controlling spending.

Tasks
- Build and provide analytical reports support for departmental projects.
- Recommend suggestions and solutions for cost accuracy and cost saving strategies.
- Audit cost elements, cost drivers and costing process to ensure quality data for management decision.
- Analyze product cost and identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Contribute in developing and mornitoring cost management reports in term of operation plans, budgets or economic analysis.
- Support for conducting training (regular or irregular) and coaching (formal or informal) to elevate overall team's capability.

Qualification:
- Education: A degree in Industry Management, Management Science, Administration Business, Finance or related fields; or equivalent work experience
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in footwear industry in the position of Process Engineering, Cost Engineering, Footwear Developer or Industrial Engineering.

Knowledge:
- Knowledge about business and operational processes
- Knowledge about finance, accounting or economics
- Knowledge about Product costing

- The wage agreements in interview.
- Able to work in an active and professional working environment
- Insurance and Paid-leaves as required by Labor Law.
