Storeroom Manager

This position is responsible for all the store/warehouse/inventory functions in the Facilities Department. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc property.
Responsibilities
• Ensure inventory control/warehousing policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure clerk/runners packages and prepares supplies, tools, equipment before distributed.
• Manage site warehouse and connect the inventory/receiving to main warehouse in property.
• Ensure that staff fills orders as requested.
• Processes paperwork for distribution.
• Ensures distribution forms, delivery orders, requisitions, and purchase orders, packing slips are completed accurately.
• Ensure the warehouse is efficient, clean and maintained in a safe manner.
• Ensure timely completion of periodic inventory counts.
• Provides back up to receivers and runners when needed.
• Ensure that the ordering of materials and supplies in order to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Follow up with Purchasing of the stock ordered but not received on a daily basis.
• Ensure the end of the month closing is timely and properly completed.
• Use a computer to enter records as needed.
• Ensure that staffs maintain inventory records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance to company policy and procedures.
• Ensure that receiving staff perform proper and complete receiving functions as per policies and procedures.
• Ensure that receiving staff inform Purchasing staff of none or shortage delivery items on a daily basis.
• Ensure that receiving staff key in the receiving of the items into the Cenium system so that the stock level is up to date online on a daily basis.
• Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness of the receiving dock area, all stock areas on a daily basis.
• Checks all equipment belonging to receiving and warehouse is in proper working condition and proper storage of such equipment to prevent loss/damage.
• Ensure stocks in the ware house are store in a first in first out basis to ensure that older stocks are used before the new stocks.

Qualifications
• Working location: Phú Quốc – Kiên Giang.
• Bachelor degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse/Inventory Manager in Hospitality / FMCG industry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Strong leadership skills to manage productivity of subordinates and teamwork i in order to enhanced business.
• Excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle difficult or stressful situations in the most professional way possible.
