Store Supervisor/cửa Hàng Trưởng (Kitchen Appliances)

A. JD:
1. Daily operation (60%)
- Develops and implements procedures for store operations, including opening, and closing the store, presenting the products,... and other relevant procedures as needed.
- Maintains a clean well-merchandised store, following visual presentation plans and standards.
- Schedules and assigns employees for optimum store performance, including backup plans for peak hours, events, training, special promotions, sale campaign,...following up on work results.
- Supervises sale staffs and arrange staffs. Assistant in the training of all retail staff of store sales produces/policies, programs, promotions, incentives ensure a smoothly operation.
- Manages stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
2. Sale activities management (30%)
- Takes care customers; Respond to customer complaints and comments.
- Cooperates with other departments for implementing sales campaign, events, special promotions,..
- Provides ongoing financial report to the Sale Manager regarding sales progress during certain time periods as well as by department. Be aware and have knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, percentage of sales goals reached and overall operation of store.
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
3. Personal management tasks (10%)
- Identifies maintenance problems at the store.
- Inspires the team to do their best by being a role model and an authoritative example of their possible future with the company.
- Cooperates with HR to identify staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training needs of qualified candidates.
- Other tasks received from Sale Manager.
B. Responsibility
In charge of making & proceeding sale strategy to gain sale targets/ Ensure smooth operation of the store as Lotte 's standards.

▪ Bachelor Degree in relevant subject with at least 02 Years of Working Experience in the same position.
• Responsible and Self - motivated,
• Strong customer service mindset, good at team work and management skill.
• Multi-task and handle well under pressure.
▪ Prefer good at English communication (>=750 Toeic) and Microsoft Office.
▪ Have knowledge about home furniture/Kitchen Appliances/Retail Management.
