Store Manager

Job Description: responsible for Stores’ management and operation, including its Management by Objective , MBO, and responsible for the establishment of Stores and retail chain development in Vietnam

1. Product Sourcing & Demand Planning

• To research, evaluate & negotiate with appropriate suppliers for product sourcing plan for the Stores & best pricing in compliance with Headquarter procedures, guidelines & the company strategies
• To insure post-analysis, follow up & follow thru for enough inventory as well as to eliminate write-off risk of commodities in stores
• Build & develop strong relationship with suppliers & business partners
• Develop new products for the stores, which adapt with Vietnam consumer demand
• Others as assigned

2. Store management

• Responsible for indoor product display, promotion & arranging the rota
• Responsible for store safety, cleanliness & welcoming environment
• Strictly manage inventory by daily/monthly/quarterly & yearly stock-out of the stores in compliance with Headquarter procedures & guidelines
• Master system inventory control & ensure highest accuracy between stick in system & physical stock for the stores
• Ensure all necessary measurements for safety inventory & property to be made, such as insurance, contracts, third party warehouse
• Others as assigned

3. Customer Service

• Coach & guide salesclerks, shop assistants to achieve highest standard in customer service & can-do attitude
• Develop order processing process to ensure strict procedure management to eliminate the monetary risk
• Develop Cashiers, Sales Clerks, Shop Assistants to become in-door sales forces
• To build strong relationship & support key accounts, suppliers, customers all matters of customer service & order processing
• To hands on in difficult customers’ complaints & queries to reach win-win solutions
• Others as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience at Management level in Retail/FMCG or equivalent
• Strong experience in Store Management/Product Sourcing/Inventory Management/Demand Planning
• Possess high integrity, serving attitude, customer service skill, leadership charisma and a dynamic personality
• Able to deal with suppliers for best products at best price
• Able to work across boundaries, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Good communication skills & presentation skills with Vietnam & English language, good command of Mandarin will be an advantage
• Problem solving, decision making, strategic thinking, result-oriented and analytical skills
