Mô tả công việc
• Coach and develop your team, helping staff to achieve personal goals
• Conduct training and provide feedback to motivate your team
• Take ownership of difficult situations, delegate tasks and act decisively
• Manage staffing of the shop from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
• Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritise key tasks
• Be actively present front of house, on hand to help your team in any situation
• Liaise closely with the rest of our Visitor Experience Management team
• Be confident in the use of our IT systems, including specialist POS machine
• Proactively approach and provide a genuine, warm welcome to every customer
• Liaise with other team regarding the ordering of new stock,
• Liaising with staff at the Caravelle to facilitate tastings/events
