Store Manager Cửa Hàng Trưởng

OBJECTIVE:
The Store Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of Ginkgo retail stores location(s) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall profitability and all aspects of the day to day operation of the store including supervision of staff; management of administrative functions; growing revenue; driving standards of excellence; security of inventory and resources; customers service and satisfaction; merchandising and promotion; and stock maintenance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key duties and responsibilities of this role are listed below however the manager may be required to undertake other duties from time to time.
1. Lead the sales team to achieve stores target.
2. Ensure smooth operations at the store as company standards.
3. Retain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Manage staff including Recruiting, training, and coaching.
5. Maintain outstanding store condition and product standards.
6. Manage inventories to ensure Inventories keeping as company standards.
7. Organize branding event activities.
8. Coordinate with other divisions when needed in terms of products feedback, event organization, and other activities.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in retailing management, fashion is plus.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills
