Store Keeper

1. YÊU CẦU CHUNG (GENERAL REQUIREMENT)
1.1 Ensure that all the numbers, datas send to accountant are correct and as company regulation.
1.2 Solving materials, finished goods, stores problems to meet production needs.
1.3 Make sure all the numbers, datas in the store are correct and fully.

2. CÔNG VIỆC VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM (RESPONSIBILITY)
2.1 Coordinating with QA/QC to check apperance and quality when receive finished goods, materials as requirements.
2.2 Input material data into the software, when material meets the requirement. If doesnot meet the requirement, inform to Purchasing to return back to supplier.
2.3 Glueing label on each kinds of material, finished goods, in order to regconize.
2.4 Arranging exactly the positions, areas to put goods, materials on the pallet as company regulation.
2.5 Preserving goods out of wet, fail and broken.
2.6 Coordinate with concerned department to check and pest control service.
2.7 Separate materials into before printing and after printing needs.
2.8 Check materials left in store and coordinate with purchasing to ensure the in stock.
2.9 Import material as FEFO-FIFO , to make weekly, monthly reports.
2.10 Import Material must be correct in types, quantity.
2.11 Update materials datas frequently on the system, compare monthly with accountant,
to ensure sudden checking or annual checking monthly, as delivery documents to purchasing.
2.12 Maintain and clean material appearance in store.
2.13 Other tasks assigned by Store supervisor.

3. QUYỀN HẠN (AUTHORITY)
3.1 Access and manage store management system.
3.2 Ask others departments to follow and provide information as required about store, materials, goods, recorded books for import-export.
3.3 Suggest problems, risks and solutions for store keeper tasks.
3.4 Ask for information related to goods, material, semi-product, finished product, production, store,etc when export.

Education
Graduated from College, University.

Qualification
a. Labor law and Government regulations.
b. Company regulation and labor commitments
c. Printing techniques, other procedures concerned with production.
d. Procedures, standards for checking qualities as ISO 9001, BRC.
e. Targets, quality policies, including responsibilities and rights.
f. Labor safety, labor accident avoiding.
g. Others concerned with goods, material.

Skills:
a. Neatly, detail, flexible and truthful
b. Honest, careful, hard-working.
c. Proficient in Microsoft office
d. Reporting skills
e. Communication skills.

Experience
a. At least 02 year experience at the same position
b. Experience in separate goods and data record.
