Store In Charge

*Receiving and Materials Management.
1.1 To ensure that receiving, planning and controlling
materials production loading are managed in a manner
that meets quality standard and set goals and objectives
of management for production and profitability.
1.2 To ensure that Raw material controller checks the
accuracy of TML provided by Engineering.

1.4 To supervise the daily work of materials section, incoming
and outgoing of materials to make sure that materials are
arranged on time, smoothly and proper location.
1.5 To ensure that the storage have adequate capacity for all
materials and stock always have enough materials for
production.
To review Drop and Scrap report weekly and monthly.
1.6 To Ensure the materials report what are stored 4 months
or more to provide Supervisor by the 1st Monday of
every month for his further discussion within Inventory
committee to take necessary action.
1.7 To co-ordinate with Finance to conduct the perpetual
physical Inventory.
* Material forecasting
2.1 To review the analysis consumption with all controller
monthly and discuss with Supervisor to adjust
production mix if needed.
2.2 To ensure the MRP to be ready for monthly Inventory
meeting.
* People Management
3.1 To explain the performance staff.
3.2 To control staff over time and absenteeism.
3.3 To suggest any training staff to Supervisor.

- University graduation, majority of Economics, mechanical engineering....
- Good English communication
- Good computer skill
- At least 3 year experience in material management in manufacturing/Fabrication company
- To be systematic, detailed, analytic, and active
