Stock Controller

Job holder will work in Totalgaz plant in Go Dau Industrial Park, Long Thanh, Dong Nai. Daily shuttle bus from Dist.1, HCMC to plant is offered.

• Monitor LPG, cylinders, materials movement and make sure the inventory is sufficient.
• Coordinate closely with Plant to get daily cylinder movement.
• Make report for cylinders and LPG daily.
• Make PO/DO plant to plant for LPG, cylinders and materials.
• Reconcile the cylinder quantity of issued, returned between SAP system and Physical after receiving a report every day from plant.
• Control data between physical and SAP for maintenance cylinder receiving – issuing to/from third parties.
• Reconcile maintenance cylinder with contractors monthly.
• Ensure transactions of LPG, cylinders, materials are accurate and timely recorded in the system.
• Monthly report : Stock statement, stock count, materials and sale volumes timely.
• Ensure that materials are properly managed and available for production.
• Reconcile the promotion materials of issued, returned between SAP system and Physical every month.
• Follow supply process as material planning and creating PO/DO to all plants.
• Follow up materials on VIS software.
• Support other team members to handle their job during their leaves and perform any other task assigned by direct supervisor.

• University graduate economic/trading/finance bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain or stock management.
• English communication and computer literate is a must.
• Good interpersonal skills (team work, hardworking, analyst skills).
