* Department : Warehouse
* Report to : Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Controller is responsible for Managing and maintaining acceptable levels of inventory. And responsible for Shipping, Receiving and Return activities.
• Monitor and evaluate consumable usage to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize budget.
• Communicating with relevant department especially purchasing on inventory levels.
• Conduct the monthly, yearly stock take and reconciliation.
• Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
• Perform shipping duties to meet customer service standards.
• Managing returns with manufacturer, suppliers and customers.
• Complying warehouse activities with Quality, MSDS, Safety and Security policy.
• Work in other areas or job assigned by Supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education
• Female
• 25 years old and above (military exempted for Male)
• High Vocational or Bachelor degree in Logistics / Business management / Finance or related field
- Experiences
• Minimum 3 years experiences in warehouse environment
• Good in computer skill ( MS Office and Outlook )
• Good Background in SAP is a plus.
- Others requirement (i.e. driving, physical requirement, mobility, shift rotation, language, etc.)
• Good command of English
• Knowledge in ISO is a prefer
• Able to work long hour if necessary or as assignment
• Having self-motivated, good responsibility and hard working
• Female
