- Demand planning: Coordinate with sales team to gather sales forecast and check
- Inventory control & Stock planning: Monitor sales and stock balance progress and arrange stock in-coming to meet stock target. Control of slow moving stock
- Stock allocation: Check sales forecast and arrange stock allocation plan by sales locations
- Prepare purchase orders timely and confirm invoices with suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers to solve problem related stock import issue
- Coordinate with accounting department: Prepare purchase records and confirm proceed of payment

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Supply chain management or related
- 1-2 years experiences related inventory controller, international purchasing or trading
- Knowledge in any ERP system, good skill with MS excel
- Analytical mindset, problem solving skill and attention to detail
- Fluent in English communication (verbal and written)
