STEM Center Manager

• Be responsible for business development and ensure sales target.
• Create and implement short and long term marketing strategies in cooperation with Marketing team.
• In charge of all sales and marketing activities/events to ensure enrollment.
• Consult CEO about Sales’ organizational structure and operation.
• Do market and competitor researches to define suitable and timely sales policy & strategy.
• Setup and implement training programs for team members.
• Understand and be able to build strong customer advocacy and repeat client loyalty and retention
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with education organizations, vendors, partners and other schools in the system that positively impact on strategic and tactical business development.
• Other tasks as designated by CEO

• 5-7 years’ experience in a Sales - Marketing and Science - Technique, Mathematics/Physics role with demonstrated success in growing/increasing sales in a competitive market
• Must be fluent in English
• Working experience within a service delivery sector, education sector is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills with proven record
• Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional high performing teams
• Experience in using digital and social media trends and tools
• Customer oriented
