Staff - Trade Services Team - Operations Department

- Process and approve daily transactions relating to Trade (D/A, D/P, L/C issuance, L/C advising, import and export documents checking, shipping guarantee issuance, negotiation, IDF, standby L/C …) and Guarantee.
- Control the operation process to minimize operational error.
- Provide excellent services to customers.
- Participate in bank’s projects and systems development.
- Takes timely action over irregular items in accordance with UCP, URC, ISBP, URR to protect the bank’s interest at all times. Manages self-workload to be able to share workload with other colleagues when required.
- Proactively builds up good relationship with customers through daily communication.
- Expand knowledge by attending online courses and training courses provided by the Bank to prepare for job rotation, career progression.
- Be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of all kinds of transactions in Department.
- Be responsible for the department's strict compliance of local & international
- Support the process of all kinds of other transactions and other general miscellaneous operational bookings.
- Enhance the internal operational procedures & inter-department work-flow and communication.
- Other job responsibilities as from time to time assigned by the Bank's Management.

- 8-9 years’ experience in banking –international trade products and customer services.
- CDCS/CSDG is an advantage.
- Thoroughly understand international practices: UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP, ISP, URDG …
- University degree with major in Banking and Finance or Economic.
- Leadership skill is required.
- Customers and results oriented.
- Good command in English (both in written and oral).
- Good communication skills.
- Good command in computer skills (typing, word, excel….).
- Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to work overtime are preferred.
