Staff Security

* Responsibilities:
Training & Policy making:
1. Maintain all Security training material (group version)
2. Support Group security head to make security policy
3. Maintain all security related SOP & forms

Administration:
1. Manage consumables for department.
2. HR related document process
3. Car arrangement

* Tasks:
1. Prepare and update security training materials every quarter
2. Follow the instruction of Group Security Lead to edit group security policy
3. To design and prepare caution signage’s and posters to post at necessary areas
4. Maintain Senior leader training record and update to Group Security Lead every month
5. Check the stock of consumables, submit PO when necessary
6. Arrange car for department college and department head when they need
7. Prepare HR related document for department: Hiring, leave application form. Receive monthly payroll from HR

* Education: University

* Experience: At least 1 year experience in Product Security, Information Security or General Security.

* Other certificates: Language: English (Intermediate level)

* Knowledge: Shoes factory process, process flow chart

* Skills:
1. Good English communication.
2. Office software: Word, Excel, Power point
3. Issue analysis skill and independent thinking.

* Attitude:
1. Teamwork, Mutual Trust & Respect.
2. Complying with safety standards is the first working priority.
3. Flexible and able to work under high pressure.
4. Leading by example.
5. High sense of responsibility and positive thinking.
