Mô tả công việc

- Handle all credit related transactions (loan, L/C, LG …) control and administration, cost rate request.
- Handle customer request on account updating information
- Handle the administration of customer registration on indemnity letter of transactions.
- Proactively handling all common customer service request: banking statement, transaction
status tracking, banking certification, sending forms & guidance, etc.
- Ensure the filing control of necessary documents related to Business Promotion Dept.
- Undertake other numerous administration tasks for Relationship Manager (RM) Front teams
- Actively take part in discussions centered at process improvement meetings with other Team/ Departments.
- Be the core linkage between RMs & other Teams/ Departments to ensure all daily customer operation requests be solved smoothly and timely, especially a proper back-up when RMs are out of office for customer visits.
- Other tasks as assigned by DH/Supervisor
- Have opportunity to become RM based on performance and desire.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduated from Economics, Foreign Trade or Banking University.
- Good command in English.
- Good sense of team-work and responsibility.
- Excellent communication, good customer- oriented and problem solving skills.
- High adaptability for change and capability of multiple task handling.
- Master at Office Tools usage (Word, Excel, Access)
- Having prior experience in business administration job.
