Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for program managing Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge (QVIC) and finding new business opportunities arising out of the program that benefit the participants and enhance goodwill for Qualcomm
• Plan and execute on the QVIC strategy timelines, format, activities and budget.
• Identify internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to work effectively with various internal teams legal, govt. affairs, procurement and marketing
• Gain insight and understanding on QCT roadmaps, platform technologies, chipset capabilities and limitations to offer suitable development platforms for program participants
• Work with govt affairs to find opportunities to showcase the program to the right govt. officials to generate goodwill for Qualcomm
• Work closely with the QC Vietnam Business team to establish a pipeline of companies benefiting from QVIC Identify new ideas by researching industry and related opportunities, events, publications, and announcements
• Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
• Liaise with local and corporate marketing to develop messaging around the program, press releases, and undertake event planning at various stages of the innovation challenge
• Analyze market strategies, requirements, potential, and financials while evaluating product proposals in the QVIC
• Track and manage the annual budget assigned for QVIC initiatives
• Prepare monthly reports on project status and budgeting Own responsibility for the QVIC initiatives
• Responsible for representing and participating on behalf of Qualcomm at relevant industry events
• Responsible for identifying companies with innovative product ideas and bringing them into the Qualcomm ecosystem
• Track and share internally any govt. initiatives that could impact the program objectives

* Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in the electronics & wireless industry
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the local HW design, manufacturing and IoT/IoE ecosystem is necessary
• Self-driven and be able to operate independently without too much supervision - strong driving force, ownership and sense of responsibility
• Have good oral and written communication and project management skills Association with a local trade, industry body is a plus
* Education Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Preferred
• Masters degree in Business Administration
