- Handle recruitment & training processes
- Handle staff's welfare & benefits
- Prepare reports to local authorities relating to Labor & Compulsory Insurances
- Control/ update staff database internally & globally
- Update staff list/ telephone list
- Prepare reports relating to personnel to HO
- Follow up staff's overtime registration
- Control staff's Authorization Memo
- Control healthcare & accident insurances claims
- Handle procedures for new comers/ resignation
- Control filling system
- Handle procedures for expatriates including visa, work permit & temporary residence card
- Prepare Offer/ Labor Contract/ Annex for staff
- Other tasks assigned by HR Head
- Handle staff's welfare & benefits

- University/ College graduated
- Good command in English
- Good communication skills
- Good sense of teamwork & responsibility
- Result oriented & careful
- At least 1 year working experience in the same position
