BROAD SCOPE:
• Daily manage LSP (logistics service provider like DHL, UPS, FedEx, KWE … etc) & Broker that concerned SEC (Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd) semiconductor business
• Daily control export shipment such as D/O, S/R, BL sending, update... etc in order to meet SEC’s SOP.
• Cargo item is semiconductor, need to control strictly in operation and detail.
• KPI management and operation thru Cello & ERP system
• AR/AP controlling by Cello system
• Coordination with LSP & factory (Hanyang Digitech), Purchase and logistics PIC.
• Cooperation with Finance team in each other during closing period.
• Solving irregularities case occurred such as delay, off load, damage, pending… etc
• Weekly, monthly report to SEC & management team as required
• Other SOP requirement from manager & team leader, customer & partners.
• Report to manager on time.
• Other duties as assigned by Managers.

1. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- University graduation
2. EXPERIENCE:
- 2~3 years related experience

- Good English communication
