- Report to: Strategic Planning Manager
** Job Description:
Facilitate strategy sessions at the Strategic Planning and divisional levels. Promote alignment between Strategic Planning team and divisional strategies and the company strategic plan.
** Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicates the organization’s plan to the rest of the organization;
• Identifies strategic opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals;
• Defines and overseas the resources to each assigned strategic initiative. Manages the overall strategic initiative to help ensure revenue, expense, and other business objectives are met. May define, monitor and use service metrics to assess performance.
• Identifies and manages the changes needed to support the new strategic plan;
• Develop strong partnership with key decision maker to ensure cross business and cross functional alignment and synergy.

• Wide range of knowledge – preferably someone with experience in 3-4 areas of the organization;
• General business qualification (BA/ MBA);
• Ability to do highly unstructured work;
• Ability to work with people across all departments as well as with external alliance partners;
• Strong rational, emotional and spiritual intelligence.
** Educational Requirements:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering and Economics
