Sr. Staffing Specialist

1. As part of global staffing team, acts as effective resource to support business unit’s talent plan in region.
2. Partners with hiring manager to execute a global standard hiring process in region identify hiring needs and priorities, sourcing strategies to fill positions to accommodate biz requirements in prompt and efficient way.
3. The standard process includes from sourcing strategy and define the role of responsibility in the process, recruitment education & coach for new manager; pre-screens and interviewing and coordination of candidate evaluation according to internal organization arrangement; utilizes a variety of internal and market tools to design proper compensation package for candidates and secure the candidate onboarding.
4. The role requires a basic comprehensive HR knowledge to facilitate the org level movement like internal transfer, rehire to optimize talents for the position.
5. This role is not only for the position fulfillment and, focus on facilitating internal communication with all levels of hiring parties and target candidates and even correspondent teams like IT, facility and Finance.
6. The role is also required systemic thinking and a long term talent strategy to accumulate pipeline for local critical positions, ensures timely and accurate tracking of all candidates time to time and utilizing diverse talent database and advocate a creative promotion plan or programs in the country like employee referral, earlier career and inclusion and diversity plan. etc.

7. This position is reporting to regional staffing manager to execute recruitment activities and programs on timely manner. The role is placed in specific country so is dot line to regional HR manager to sync up local HR policy and practices as a part of local HR team

1. BS or equivalent with 5~8 yrs comprehensive HR experiences.
2. can work in fast pace environment and willing to provide a diverse and possible solutions to the hiring manager.
3. Demonstrated success in leading complex staffing assignments and programs.
4. Well-developed interpersonal communications skills , both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English are a requirement.
5. Hiring experience cross countries support will be plus.
