Sr Specialist, Business Process Improvement - Lean Six Sigma

1. Drive business process, manufacturing cost and productivity improvement by charting the direction for standardized metrics and applications of Lean Six Sigma principles, techniques, tools and practices by following the yearly Operational Strategy’s leading.
2. Develop, Implement & “Institutionalize” Lean 6 Sigma across the company including training, visual performance glass walls and achieving KPI results.
3. Identify opportunities and help establish project priorities across Operations by partnering with business leaders, functional managers, manufacturing operations managers, Plants and their teams and six sigma resources.
4. Network with industry experts to leverage best practices for replication across the company.
5. Lead Lean Six Sigma project teams, mentor & coach Green Belt talents and build organizational continuous improvement capabilities.
6. Training of Lean Six Sigma tools to all White Belt, Yellow Belt & Green Belt level.
7. Work closely with the Regional Lean Lead & Lean Team to ensure the Lean Six Sigma approach are consistent across all plants. Set up regular conference/review meeting on Lean updates between plant and Global/Regional lean Lead.
8. Ensure the Submission of the monthly Lean Dashboard on time and the Lean KPIs are achieved.
9. Encourage Best Practices sharing with sister plants for synergy and speed.
10. Driving the plant roll out to achieve the future state VSM, establish the ETE Full Schedule Pull System for at least 1 product family or line.
11. Prepare the Yearly Budget for Lean Six Sigma Department.
12. Work with manufacturing and finance teams to build consensus on calculation and reporting standards for productivity, throughput, quality and other key metrics. Ensure a consistent approach and understanding across the plant.
13. Ensure that reports and statistical information are prepared and submitted on a timely basis, which give a true and factual account of the Lean and Six Sigma Activities to the Senior Management.

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Statistical, Material or related major.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Process Control knowledge and leading plant wide SPC program and Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma principles with project management leadership. Lean Expert/Lean Master/Black Belt / Master Black belt certification is preferred.
• 5 or more years’ experience in manufacturing leadership role required.
• Effective communication skill, organized, good at analyst, passionate, training competence Knowledge and Skills
• Strong Driver, Influencer and facilitation skills
• Strong Attention to details, Strong Problem-Solving Skills and investigation capabilities
• Can implement and create an Improvement plan
• Speak and write well in English and local language
• Prefer to have certified 6 Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt.
• Proficiency with statistical software and quality tools such as JMP/Minitab, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, 8Ds process, 5-Why, 5M+1E (or 6M Analysis), process management flow charting or process mapping etc.
• Good Interpersonal skills to communicate with Production and management
